As standart gear its not equiped to deal with planetside anomalies so you might want to find something better stored in the facility.
As a case 8 danger nobody should be left alive so eliminate all test subjects.
Any gear or artefacts should be secured and contained
Level10 danger areas should never be entered without proper protection gear 
Find the transmission tower and send emergency call
Dont go outside at dark times, doors will be closed until daylight
Be careful with mines
Stabilize the reactor core if needed, security is top priority.
