How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is a super tall tower, it is meant to be used as a parkour map. your objective is to get to the top, and flip the lever. there are checkpoints along the way so that if you fall off, you re-spawn at least closer to where you were. there is also a lava pool so that you can easily return to your checkpoint.
