The Triumph Mill

This building is based on a mill located in the municipality of Garzon Huila in Colombia made by a friend and me




The Triumph Mill in the 1940s marked a historic era in Garzón. The building appears to have been built in the 1930s at the initiative of the Industrial Society of Garzón S.A. pioneer of the incipient Huila industry made up of Don Rafael Méndez Tamayo and Francisco Cabrera but the mill was brought from the United States in 1947, they spent two years setting it up because those who were installing it did not know English.
