Tic-Tac-Toe V2.0

This is a redone version of the old Tic-Tac-Toe machine link1212 had made previously.



It is much faster, nicer, and simpler to see on the display.


This version is also somewhat smaller than the other version.

Link1212 created all of the redstone in this machine, Caaman only helped build it, so give most of the credit to Link!
