Time City Light side

Me and a friend of mine, Lordofnight2 started a project a while ago on a survival server we play on. Recently, its gotten more attention, but I think for it to succeed we need more people and builders. We named the city Time City and divided it into two halves, the Light Side and the Dark Side. The Light Side is dedicated to future themed builds, and science fiction, while the Dark Side is more about historical builds and fantasy.
Time City does have a few rules to keep up looks and to keep everyone happy, they are as follows.

1. Absolutely no cobblestone
   
2. You need a permit to build on modified terrain (see below)
   
3. Whatever you build must be awesome
   

If you are interested in building, you must apply for a permit to build on the land. Time City is a public build, but almost all of the land has been modified, so in most areas you need a permit from the Time City gods to build legally according to server rules. To get a permit, go to a postal office and send one of the gods a package with a description of what you want to build and where you want to build it (i.e. X, Y, and Z, coordinates). The reason of the permits is to enforce rules 1 and 3, and so that the gods can track builds so that they know it is not grief.
Time City citizens have a choice of living in the dark or light side, though they are not restricted to building in either side, it is generally encouraged that they remain loyal to whatever side they choose. Time City features a ancient roman style Colosseum that spawns zombies, along with a mob grinder (skeleton), cobble generator (yes, we know it violates rule 1 cook it into something), sheep grinder for wool, under water army domes, and many other unique builds.

Additional Notes

You have to register on the server in order to reach the city.
There is a Time City Reserve army, to enlist PM me or email me
