This is a demo world with a count down timer and stopwatch design made with command blocks. See the Youtube video on my channel nemophila505 for a tutorial on the build. Follow the instructions of the Book and Quill to switch between using the Timer or Stopwatch. Feel free to look at the commands and manually figure them out.
Features of the Timer commands:
1. Time units includes minutes, seconds, milliseconds.
2. Fancy display of the values using titleraw and actionbar
3. Uses scoreboard to subtract milliseconds and perform carry overs whenever a whole second or minute has passed.
Features of the Stopwatch commands:
1. Three “projectile” commands that allow for a specific function to occur when RMB is pressed or the projectile is thrown. These include starting the stopwatch, freezing its current time or stopping it, and resetting the stopwatch to zero.
2. Similarly displays with titleraw.
3. Also uses scoreboard objectives to determine time unit values.
