this map (The Legend of the void) is a custom map
i have also used commands like /gamerule which stops mobs spawning and stuff like that
you will have to have one mod installed called custom npc's to make this work properly
its small maps so far but it's got big plans
the folder you download has all the mods you need to for this just put forge in you minecraft.jar delete meta-inf
then see if it works then put custom npcs mods
i do plan on making REALLY hard in some parts
this map is in it alpha stages don't expect to much
trust me this map will give you at least 10-60 minutes of gameplay
