This is Tokyo 3 from the Anime Evangelion. So far the Geofront and most of the city is done. If you know what buildings go in the spots that don't have any buildings, plz tell me. Since the movie or reliable web sources do not show anything about the rectangles I guess the people who download the schematic can put in whatever they want. Until someone knows something about those rectangles the project will never be finished. I hope you enjoy it!
