How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is my first project, working for 3 hours.

If you want to ask something,i prepared some answers. 

Q & A
Q = Just reading the challange title, it means we must rush trough the castle?
A = Yes, you're gonna climb the tower until finish.

Q = How many stages?
A = Only 4 ( Iron Jump , Gold Jump , Diamond Step ( the shortest one XD ), and the Ladder Rush.

Q = Is it easy? 
A = I think it's not too easy, not too hard. You're gonna know if you play it!

Q = I just spawned in random area?
A = TP x1086 y4 z522 (cheats are turned on)
