Sheep farm that continuously produces black, white, brown, and dark grey wool -- the only three colors that villagers buy. All other colors are produced until the color-coded shulker box is full -- at which point the sheep cell is deactivated (sheep no longer shorn).

i have a question about overflow system. like, can i modify this the way that every type of wool is produced constantly, but anything more that full chests goes away to transporting line, leading to main magazine?
can you like, verbally explain how? i guess i can figure it on my own, but im not that good and it willl take some time

Yes, the chests at both ends of the farm already work that way, so you should be able to make the other colors work the same way.

the sheep aren't being sheared and when i manually shear them all the wool gets stuck in the hoppers at the left side

Sounds like you have two different problems.

Regarding the shearing -- is the overflow protection somehow tripped, which powers the redstone behind each observer, deactivating the shearing cells?

Regarding the wool getting stuck, can you send a screenshot of the hoppers the wool is getting stuck in?
