I found photos of this old build I made on the Pixgrove server 3 years ago, I like this one because I made it at a time when I had a far more important build for the server in the works, but the staff team needed to release some content to keep the players engaged and I was the only one available to pull through.

So in around 5 hours of play I built an entire treasure hunt, and it turned out great! The players loved it and spent around 30 mins exploring and finding all the hidden chests in various caves.

The players started the hunt by being teleported into the house in the middle, when the hunt started an admin would open the door and everyone was free to explore!

I enclosed the entire build in a barrier cube with a portal at the bottom which would send you back to the house for any player unfortunate enough to fall into the void.

I built the landscape of the build using basically just Voxel Sniper, I enjoyed using the brushes to form and shape the land into a natural looking structure, I started forming a stone shape to what I had planned in my imagination, smoothed it out a little, not too much! Then used an overlay brush from the top of the mountain down to 'paint' it all.
The fit-out and detailing was also quite easy, when I started building projects for PixGrove, I decided to give myself an arbitrary standard of only using custom made trees. I became quite fast and good at doing it, I think this is an example of this standard paying off, as it really adds a feeling of care and detail when in actuality the project was rushed.

Originally I didn't post it because I didn't value it, it's funny how now I look back on what I made with kinder eyes and a lil bit of pride happens.
