This TV is only 3 seconds on version0.3 i am putting it to 10 seconds and also on version0.3 i am adding a 5 by 5 TV it is going to be really hard it is going to be hard cuz the /setblock and stuff it is going to be almost like 50 command blocks make sure if u like it favorite it or diamond it

Make it go to black for a second then use setblock to change "channels" or even use fill so people can choose what they want. ;)
