I came up with a very simple Piston Redstone Clock, using only 2 pistons.
It allows multiple outputs, adjustable delay and can be scaled up for even more power/outputs.
You can even turn it on & off.
This was made in 1.7.4.
Made using 2 pistons, repeaters, and basic redstone.
Download:
Extract "Piston Redstone Clock" folder to "%appdata%. minecraft saves"
