I have gone with a typical house, nothing out of the ordinary because I wanted the project to have a very realistic feel to it. For the exterior I chose quartz for a modern look but teamed it up with the more traditional style gable roof to maintain a homely vibe. I wanted people to imagine a family household which is very lived in so included small touches such as the grass being warn away around the tree-house and bird table, and mugs hanging on the wall in the kitchen. The garden in full bloom, lush green lawns and pool area with parasol in the garden give the impression of summer time. This is echoed inside the house by the large refrigerator with ice-maker and lack of fireplace.
