Are you looking for a way to have a UHC match on your server with your friends? If so, you've come to the right place. I personally built this spawn that has everything you need to get started. Just simply download the world file, replace it with the one on your server, and get your friends online to play a UHC match.
To begin, first make sure everyone is running a snapshot version of 14w32d or higher in their Minecraft launcher. As stated before, all you have to do is download the world zip file. Then open your server file manager and replace the world folder only with this one. Restart your server and be sure its set to run the snapshot.
You will also have to manually run a few commands.

You need to create 4 teams. They MUST be named as follows (caps sensitive):
Blue
Red
Green
Yellow
To create these teams, just open up the chat and type:
/scoreboard teams add Blue
/scoreboard teams add Red
/scoreboard teams add Green
/scoreboard teams add Yellow
Now to add the color to the teams, run these commands:
/scoreboard teams option Blue color blue
/scoreboard teams option Red color red
/scoreboard teams option Green color green
/scoreboard teams option Yellow color yellow
Also, you want to add the health on the tab menu, so other can keep up with who has been dealt damage:
/scoreboard objectives add health health
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay list health
(note: be sure to enter these commands prior to anyone joining on the server)
Once on the server, you'll find a single button titled "Team Randomizer". Only hit the button when everyone is online and ready for team selection. At this point, teams will be picked at random. There are 4 colored teams (Blue, Red, Green, and Yellow) and up to 5 players each per team. The Server will announce who is on each colored team.The players will then be teleported into their colored cell waiting to begin the actuall match. In the center you will find 1 button labeled "Start". Any player can reach this and begin the match. Everyone will see a countdown, get completely healed, full hunger, inventory cleared and gamemode set to survial. The world border will start at a size of 2000x2000 and shrink to a 200x200 in 1 hour 30minutes. All teams will be randomly teleported throughout the map and every 20 minutes an "episode" marker will appear.
Last person/team to survive.....WINS!
