The Ulysses was a submarine developed by Whitmore Industries to serve as the primary transportation vessel in the expedition to find Atlantis. Launched in 1912, it is significantly larger than any other submarine of its time. It is big enough to house up to two hundred passengers and numerous other vehicles while still maintaining habitable space within. Aside from its immense size its most distinct feature is the bridge, located within a glass sphere at the bow of the ship, constructed with glass thick enough to withstand immense pressure, thus allowing the ship to dive to incredible depths.
