This is another finished structure from the larger fantasy structure/datapack project I’ve been working on for my modpack.
The idea behind this build is that it would spawn out in savanna areas, where the Abavuthana roam. In the lore for my pack, the Abavuthana are the scourge of the savanna — bird-like creatures that scorch the ground wherever they walk. I wanted this statue to feel like something the people of the world might have built out of fear, respect, or desperation.
Maybe it is a shrine. Maybe it is a warning. Maybe it was built by a village hoping the great Umvuthi would protect them from the Abavuthana, or at least keep their wrath away from home.
Like my Umvuthi schematic, I’m releasing this one before the full datapack is finished. Eventually, the plan is to have these structures generate naturally as part of a more curated exploration experience in my modpack, where each landmark feels tied into the world instead of just being placed randomly.
This build is meant to add a bit of lore and atmosphere to savanna exploration, especially for players who enjoy Mowzie’s Mobs and fantasy-style worldbuilding.
Hope you enjoy it. Feedback is always welcome. ( IM PROLLY GONNA REMAKE THIS ONE AS I HATE IT)
