Well, I think an airport would be the obvious first step. Gotta have a hangar to store that nice jet. :)

Id recommend flatworld, as its so much easier with roadsystems and all that stuff. I also think you shouldn't start with an airport, start with smaller suburbs and the housing. After that you might do an airport, or whatever.
