I know, I know, it's been done a hundred times before (and probably better, too) but I want to share this little project of mine.
It's a map for vanilla Minecraft (no resource packs or mods or anything of the sort) showcasing Undertale's locations and that stuff (or that's what it'll be when it's finished).

Current Progress:
Ruins: 99%
Snowdin: like 1% maybe
Waterfall: 0%
Hotland: 0%
Core: 0%
New Home: 0%
