Unsteady ground is a single player / multiplayer minigame where players aim to stay alive in a constantly changing room. The floor is covered with lava, and only a few blocks remain above the surface - but then suddenly, without warning, those blocks move from underneath you!
Features:
- A 8 by 8 block room with a moving floor
- Buffs to make it easier, like passive regeneration or a 50% resistance to fire
- A matchmaking hall to select two random players to battle it out
- Parkour arena to pass the time while other players are in-game
- A Nexuiz that randomly buffs or debuffs the players.
- A ton of minigame fun!
Problems:
- Difficulty switch doesn't work
- Sometimes the sheep decide not to walk around (the position of some sheep determines which part of the floor is above the lava)
- After playing for a while the lava no longer covers a 2 by 2 square in the middle of the moving floor.
Instructions:
- Place the Unstable Ground.zip in your saves folder, and unzip it.
- Begin playing. Set difficulty to Easy or Peaceful.
- Go to the controls room and change the settings to your liking - do you want the Nexuiz on or off? What about passive regeneration?
- Push the button marked "add another sheep" as many times as you like - 1 push makes for a difficult game, 2 pushes is normal, and 3 pushes is easy.
- Walk through the door marked 'player 1', and follow the corridor. (If you're playing with friends, try out the matchmaking hall!)
- Press the button marked 'push to start'.
- Ender Pearl onto a platform in the lava room and survive for as long as possible!
