USS Jupiter (AC-3) served as a collier from 1913 to 1920 before being converted to the USS Langley, the USN's first aircraft carrier. She became a seaplane carrier before being lost in action on February 27, 1942 with 319 sailors lost.

Please let me know what you would like to see me build WW2 military wise in the comments, I might make some exceptions. I try to make things that no one else has made before.

This is also the sister ship of the USS Cyclops which vanished without a trace in 1918, the USS Proteus, which itself also vanished in 1941, and the USS Nereus which, again, vanished in 1941.
