This is my fictional US Navy airship, USS Billy Mitchell.  Named after the Army Air Corps General and pioneer in Naval Aviation, this airship is well equiped with cruise missiles, air to ground artillary, torpedo's, machine guns, and bombs.  There is even a directable EMP (pinch).  It has eight, high power, 24 cilinder hybrid turboprop engines, giving it a top speed well over eighty knots.

I love it! I always wanted to make airships, tell me though, is there any pattern you follow for the shape? I know some websites can generate ellipses for you. Also is the shape symetrical? I cant quite tell because of the fins in the back ^^

And yes, it is symetrical, I use mcedit to destroy one side of the envalope, then copy the other side.

On this one specifically, I just took my, USMC Airship, and modified it for Navy purposes, added some stuff that I missed on that one, and gave it Navy flags.
