Repeater: (7x5x4)
Repeats in 0-ticks both off->on=on and on->off=off.

Inverter: (8x5x4) [Theoretical - Redstone glitches ingame]*
Inverts in 0-ticks both on->off=on and off->on=off.*

Special thanks to Jontis_00 for his 0-tick "Snap" repeaters:

If you have problems, make sure the pistons are pushing WEST and SOUTH.

Sometimes the Phantasm will not work for no apparent reason; this has something to do with it's location, try putting the whole unit inside one chunk

Removed inverter, as it is currently way too glitchy. Updated Repeater and troubleshooting.

I just tryed the repeater over a distance of 500 blocks and the off->on does not work as it should (it has to ripple down to the end before you can send another signal), but the on -> off works fine.
I also discovered that it does not like fast pulses (breaks and started psyching out on m e :S)

I have tested it it west and south too, but no success

I found the same dysfunction. I compared it with normal repeaters and off->on gives an 2 tick delay (but on->off none).
PS: I also tried to make one myself, but still got some delay with off->on (9 ticks after 12 "repeaters") so 3/4 tick delay.

So make each repeater reset it self right after it extend?
