Vanilla Minecraft Graves

This device will create a grave wherever yoou die. Your stuff wil get stored do no mobs pick it up but it will despawn over time. There are some extra features like a head next to the grave and flowers. This is done by using a scoreboard for the number of deaths a player has and when the player has one it will summon a Wither Skull at that player. It will then set a pressure plate down and teleport all the player's items to a safe location. It will also testfor an unactivated pressure plate under the Wither Skull and when it detects one it will teleport the items back to the Wither Skull, kill the Wither Skull and remove the pressure  plate.
