This is Vault 102. This vault is special, because unlike all the other Vault-Tec vaults, save for the control vaults, this one has no evil dark experiment. The vault can hold up to 16 people.

There's only one problem with it. Vault-Tec, being the evil corporation they are, didn't bother installing very good piping, and the vault occasionally floods.
