Started this yesterday and have been making steady progress. This is my first official build that I plan on spending time on. I've probably put 10 hours or so into already making me the biggest loser in the world. Shouldn't I be outside or drinking or something? Its the weekend for Gods sake!
Anyway, I hope you like it. It is 100% to scale (1 block = 3 feet) even the height of the fountains. The hotel is currently empty but I do plan on filling it in if I can.
If I continue to have as much fun as I am currently having I plan on adding in "Paris" which is on the opposite side of the street.
Any advice is totally welcomed. I have been toying around with making a texture pack specifically for this build since there are lots of detail I want to add but cant.

Added the STRATOSPHERE!
Making 3 sided things in minecraft is quite difficult.
I also added rooms to most of the Bellagio. Can't figure out how I want to move up and down the floors. Any good compact piston elevators? I'd rather not require an elevator mod...
