This is a small project we built in between building our main larger project which can be found below. They are both on the same map and are pretty much next to each other.

This was built with a single row of houses at first but we eventually ended up adding to it as we felt it went quite well. It features 80 furnished houses with working deck and port lights. It also has a basic boat dispenser so you can explor the area as we have some cool builds near it. We also added a small golf course to it.
