Summary:
A growing settlement structured around using chunks to organise plots (it's a Towny server) for my upcoming town. Inspired by this, so credits to them for a wonderful idea.
I've currently only completed the storage area (resource requisitions) but will be importing materials from my previous build to make things easier. I'm working on adding residentials and filling in space between major infrastructure centres (hoping to add banks, markets, functional areas, etc), but it's taking a bit of time to plan out each 16 x 16 chunk.
Expansion is dependent on me getting more members into my town, but I'll keep building smaller plots just in case.
Notes:
Estimated construction costs: ~24 stacks of spruce wood, ~64 stacks of dark oak wood, ~24 stacks of acacia wood, ~16 stacks of glass, ~48 stacks of cobblestone, ~2 stacks of multicoloured wool, plus various wooden signs, fences and doors.
Estimated build time: 120 hours, (including location and planning).
Credits:
Built on a server, so I can't give a map download.
All building was done by myself in a survival world. Some resource collection was done by RomanLegions, another cracked player.
The resource pack used is SmoothOperator 256x, found here.

Completed the community farm, a 32 x 32 building that houses 384 blocks of farmland for wheat, and 120 blocks for sugar cane.
I've updated the images gallery with a view of the farm from the east, and will be working on clearing the trees to make it tidier and installing a market section around the area.
I've got a helper now! They've been super helpful in sourcing building materials and critiquing, so I've updated the project to include their credits.
