Victoria - a Hong Kong based city
Situated on a small island with high mountains, the city is designed to simulate the city planning works of Hong Kong, the formal British colony.
Housing
Very much like Hong Kong Victoria city is designed to house an ungodly number of people by providing a festival of small apartments. That way everyone can have a shelter.
The island on the south will be home to the central business district, very much like Central and Admiralty.
Traffic
It is essential for people to get around quickly within the city, which is why the city is planned with a network of heavy rail system.
MTR
A network of Heavy Railway system that brings players to any station through teleportation of the command block. Step on the train (or walk on the pressure plate) to get to a control room, and push the button of the desired station.
Gondor Line: Serves the south-western part of the peninsula, and the 2 islands.
Morrabbin Line: The east side of the peninsula
Island Line: Serves the central business district, and the rest of the Victoria Island
East-West Line: The name tells the story
North South Line: Again, the name
Tung Chung Line: A high(er) speed railway connecting the east side of the city, with longer distances between stations
Wellington Line: Serves the residential areas north to the mountains
South Island Line: South part of the Island
Cyberport Line: Eastern territory
Airport Express: Connects the city to the airport
Tram
Will be built around the central business district.
Testing on the island (Phase 1 plan)

will be based on Kai Tak international airport of old Hong Kong.
