WELCOME MESSAGE
Hey there! Welcome to my Minecraft Workshop! Besides Minecraft, I also enjoy playing Cities: Skylines, so feel free to check out my Cities: Skylines Workshop
here.
You might notice something about my projects—they’re all inspired by my hometown, Hong Kong! If you haven't heard much about it yet, no worries. Here’s a
quick guide to some cool facts about this vibrant Asian city.
For many, Hong Kong is all about food and shopping, but Victoria Harbour is the city's true icon, showcasing one of the world’s most stunning skylines. With the highest number of skyscrapers globally, Hong Kong is a showcase of functionalism and modernism, pushing these architectural concepts to their limits.
I’m a huge fan of functionalist architecture, especially those sleek, boxy designs in public buildings like rental apartments and schools. There's something so clean, modern, and practical about them. My love for Hong Kong and its unique architectural style inspired me to share these projects on PMC, giving people around the world a glimpse into Hong Kong’s take on functionalism.
Le Corbusier is a major influence for me, especially his idea that "A house is a machine for living in." It’s been fascinating to see how Hong Kong’s public housing has evolved, with new designs incorporating more complex layouts, vibrant colours, and aesthetic elements. Who says public housing has to be dull? With the right design, it can be lively and unique!
Enjoy exploring my projects, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Happy building!
