It's really... Crowded? I suppose that's the word. The facade is very crowded and to the point where it is unpleasing. I'd use more softer shapes from stairs and slabs and fences to make it seem more pleasing to the eyes.

Also; Nothing about the build really gives me the impression that it's victorian.

All in all, it's good but not great. I'll give you a diamond because it seems like you put in a lot of hard work, and that is what really counts!

The build is using full blocks only; which is a really common practice for some builders, and it's actually a lot harder than you think. Try it some time and I'll see how it goes for you! :D
