HMS Victory Launched in 1695, was a 100 gun 1st rate built by Sir Robert Lee from the remains of the 1675 Royal James. carrying 780 men, weighing 1,486 Tons BM she was the smallest of the 5 100 gun ship in the Royal Navy in the 1690s, and would remain the smallest until her scrapping in 1721, she never served in any major fleet actions nor did distinguish herself. However she served diligently and kept the coasts of Great Britain safe under her patrols and commerce protection. Victory was armed with 32x18x12 and 6 lbs guns.
