Creative Void World with stone block to work off of. You may not spawn correctly but just let it sit because a command block will fix it. When you get to the spawn you should probably destroy the command block otherwise you will get a never ending annoying command that will just fill up the command prompt so yeah destroy it its right underneath the spawn.
