This Void World will suit all kinds of building for example: a PvP arena on the sky or a survival map like Skyblock. It works for sure on the recent Minecraft versions. If you head far away from the spawn point you will encounter hovering sand. This is useful if you decide to go away from the spawn without having to pillar back to it. Place a block on the sand and it will start dissapearing.
The Command Blocks will give you some instructions.
