volts starter map

THIS IS FOR VOLTS THAT COMES WITH TEKKIT WILL NOT WORK ON NORMAL MINECRAFT
this is my first upload and this will have cheats turned on but this will have the basic structure for you to build and work off i would love to see what you do with the starter building

all you need to do is make a folder and name it then place the downloaded files in side it then crate a word pad and the save it as NEI.bat LEAVE IT EMPTY AND IT'S CAP SENSERITIVE
