Needs Create and Flywheel in order to function.
Game version: 1.18.1 (But can be made on any vesrion as long as it supports create)
This contraption can be made in survival, which I tested on some random modded server.
This machine can also rotate and move up/down, if you make some angle changes in the gearshift.
You can also place practically anything on the machine like a drill or your whole base, if you have enough glue.
The manual is in the chest on 2 languages: Eng and Rus
