Waterfront Colonial

This is my first attempt at a colonial home in this scale- my houses are usually smaller. It's located on a cul de sac along the ocean in the Village of Pebble Lake Beach (/warp PebbleLakeBeach), a suburb of Cittino Park (/warp CittinoPark). The town is very new and thus rather undeveloped- this is noticeable in the exterior screenshots (particularly the one looking from the water). Hopefully, I'll be able to provide screenshots of the exterior when this part of the town becomes more developed. The interior could be better, but I wanted to avoid using paintings or item frames (to prevent lag- they're also removed automatically by server plugins). My forte lies more with town planning and exteriors. Let me know what you think!
