Here I once created a building from the German Wilhelminian period from 1910
with rental apartments and backyard.

A normal old renovated building, as it can be found in almost every major city in Germany
and many neighboring European countries.

I have created this house once on a 1.12.2 server and now updated for a 1.20.1 server.
The house contains four rental apartments and a modern air-condition.

The paterre apartment is the janitor apartment.
There is a cellar and an attic for each apartment.
At the back of the house are the old stables, where carriages and horses were kept in the past
and today are often built garages or workshops.
Everything is complete with interiors, just as we had designed it for the story of our role-play on the server.

You don't know how to add schematic files to your world?

No problem:
You need worldedit on your server as a plugin or in your Minecraft Client as a mod.
Copy the schematics file into your worldedit schematics folder.

Enter in the cosole:
# list your schematics files
/schematic list
# load schematics file
/schematic load <your-desired-schematics-name>
# paste schematic into your world
//paste

other suitable commamds:
//undo


# this you can do before paste rotate schematic with X Y Z
//rotate 90 0 0

# or mirror
//flip
