Windmills v1 alpha build (Module)

This command block creation is a working windmill that rotates and can be teleported as a single entity. It is highly compressed compaired to my concept build, and even features two banner long sails (God I hate geometry). I want to make this better, and all the modules I'm working on, so I'd like to start recruiting people to help bring these modules to a much better state...I am able to get them working, but I don't have the expertise to make them efficient and use minimum resources...I have a wide range of ideas that I see working as amazing seperate madules, bu they can all work together to make a better vanilla play experience
