look at youtube tutorials.

What OS are you using? and windows? if yes 32bit or 64bit? Look at you system-info "systemtype"or something like that. then download the version that his the same bit count as your pc system.

If this doesnt help, google is your friend and on youtube are a lot of tutorials ;)
