You can also use the testfor command to use bottle of enchantings anywhere in the map to activate a redstone signal, sethbling does a great video showing how to do this

Yes, but that requires a constant clock to be going, which can lag some people. This doesn't. Also, the testfor command is bugged for me and constantly stays on no matter what once test is successful once.

I do like Seth's method as well, though, 'twas a helpful video.
