Wither Nether Farm

What essentially started as just a wither farm has turned into a new mob system you can use in the overworld as well as the nether. The farm is carefully positioned where a nether fortress once stood to include wither skeletons. A more in-depth explanation of the farm and how to build it will be coming soon (hopefully).
