Mage folks are known for the abilities, sadly they care little about architecture. As long as there is roof over their heads and corner to sleep, they are more than fine.
This particular house by the sea was inhabited by very old wizard that passed away. The original owners family decided to put it out on sale.
The buildings prime days are long gone, crumbling walls were patched up over the years with various materials and possibly some magic to keep it all together.
Inside of the manor you can find study room, bedroom, research/laboratory and dining room that used to function as conference room of some sort.
The rest of the structure includes stone circle with intert teleportation device and ominous tower of unknown origin, The theories state that its been there long before the house itself.
