How to install Minecraft Maps on Java Edition

This is a map called "Wool" that I made when I was bored. I'm going to make 2 different branches to this base map.
I would recommend using a texturepack with this map, otherwise it's a little hard on the eyes.
I used Flow's HD which can be found here

1. "Wool. What wool you build?" This will just be the terrain so people can come in using creative mode and build some awesome structures. Please post pictures or videos of what you made using just wool blocks! I'd love to see what the community can come up with

2. "Wool, the wooly adventure!" where the name of the game is to survive and thrive in this unusual terrain. You can build to your heart's content but you have to use your knowledge of minecraft to progress through the map. I have hidden some chests around the map that allow you to grow crops, make a village, make a cobble generator, and grow a tree for wood. I will be adding caves and such if the idea gets a good reaction.
