So this is more of a daytime clock, when the sun is down all the lights are off and the lights go up clockwise as the sun goes up, at the suns highest point all the lights are on. When the sun starts going down the lights starts turning off counterclockwise. Originally made it to fit inside a clock tower.

But in the 1st picture, we can see 2 diffrent times... I don't know why

I have a flat world on my server that i usually just build random stuff in, I moved the clock with world edit so you wouldnt get all the junk in the background, one of the redstone pieces probably just needed to be updated.
