This is the idea i've come up with based on a youtube video
i  watched at 22/02/2014 at 8:00PM
I've tested it a few times and it finally worked after my 2nd try.
And it's actually really easy to build once you know a couple
of things about it.
How to use:
Flip the lever and after the time changes
flip the lever again
