This is something I built a little while back and thought it would be good to upload today (Holocaust). This was meant to be a recreation of a WW2 trench system, I did some research and this is this is what I got (I only spent 1hour).

Hope you like it.

Herotec.

There were no trench systems on the western front in world war 2, only trench systems that complex in WW1,
mate.

uh.. as a matter of fact ww1 was famous for trenches, but nevertheless ww2 did have a little trench warfare. However, trench warfare was mainly seen in the pacific with the japanese. On the European front trenches were sparse and urban combat was widespread. Do you know why trenches didnt work well in Europe? Germany had the best tank force in the world. Tanks vs. trenches = trenches as graves. In the pacific the U.S was far superior in terms of armoured warfare.

The Gothic line was a famous system of trenches. This was created in Italy to halt the advancement of the Allies in southern Europe. The location was perfect because of the natural mountainous terrain.

one of the largest use of trenches during WWII was during the Russian invasion of Berlin. what happened was that the germans were not ready for a mass invasion so they decided to dig trenches around the city, because it was the most efficint use for preperation, that would make it imposable for a tank to get across. speaking of the in vasion, though i dont have time to explain it all, the greman military even tought the cizens how to use a small version of the panzershreck.

Wow how did you find an old build? This was originally made as WW1 but I released it for the holocaust so it wasn’t released for its primary goal, the only reason I did release it was because there was trenches and not because there were the most common battle front. Anyway the primary use for this was for battles without mods. Using trenches allow both sides to effectively use both bows and swords but using them at the same time can be difficult (Bows when going across "no man’s land" and swords on the trenches). No man’s land is little cover and the trenches are lots of cover but confined. Maybe one day I will make a more accurate and stereotypical version of a WW2 front line

Yes, because World War 2 was famous for its trenches, not World War 1. Looks like you should have done a bit more research.

Trenches were used in both World Wars so does it really matter? You should research before you bash on someone's build.

There wasn't really any large scale trench warfare or trench systems this complex during the second world war due to tanks and crap.
