Zelda Parkour Map [Forge 1.7.2]

I've made a parkour map using the Zelda Sword Skills+ mod made by coolAlias.
Mod download:

 You will need Forge Mod Loader for this

The Map download should be somewhere where the download thingy is.. (Haven't been on here in some time :D)

If it lags, it's probably going to crash. DON'T WORRY! it's just that too many tile entities need to load, or entities. Just cahnge your settings to the fastest and it will be fine.
I reccommend Optifine if that's the case. i did not make this mod. Just providing you the link if you have such problems.

I haven't really posted anything in like... a year soo...
Don't expect it to be 5:00 hrs longs or something.
I also don't have amazing building skills; I work alone.
I'd like positive feedback if possible. I hope you enjoy the parkour I made, with the help of the mod. :D
