Command Block Concept: Project Zeus

I have found out that finding out where snowballs land is kinda hard using command block. So i made a way to do it. This device makes lightning wherever a snowball lands. This is just a concept other command block mod makers can use. I will use this later on.

I would like to state that I did think of it myself however you never know if someone else has too..
Please tell me if someone has thought of it.This also has been edited to work on multiplayer servers however through testing I have discovered that some plugins make interfere with the commands. Thank you for trying my mod.
