I just attempted your map.

With zombies in 1.6.1 now seeing you from incredible distances, this is quite a bit more difficult.

However, when I died, I respawned somewhere I was unable to depart from, resulting in my not being able to complete my Let's Play of your map.

So, definitely not done, I agree.
